Do not uninstall old version if you still want x86. New one here is only x64.
1) Install from this page.
2) Delete old instrument data folder and data. Leave the x86 .vst3 where it is already.
3) Open elevated command prompt. Run these commands, one at a time, assuming you have normal VST3 folders and dealing with x86 VST3 too:
A) chdir /d "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3"
B) mklink /d "Horror Box XL.instruments" "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\ELECTRONIK SOUND LAB\HORROR BOX XL VST3 WIN x64\Horror Box XL.instruments"
4) Open your Cubase 5 and try it out.
